100 Word Challenge Week #8
Yesterday I celebrated my best friend's birthday party at a pool called Greenaway. When I went swimming I glanced over at the shallow end and I saw a not so white baby's diaper swiftly bobbing toward me and it was soiled! I desperately tried to swim away from the diaper so I could hop in the dripping change room showers and wash myself but by the time I got to the corner of the pool all my friends saw the poop and thought I did it! Now I was humiliated, I thought a blue flame might storm through my head. Tomorrow...

ReplyDeleteThe prompt words are well spread out in your writing. You have used descriptive vocabulary e.g. 'glanced', 'swiftly bobbing', and 'humiliated'. I can see how this story appeals to the sense of humour of a person of your age, but it's a little gross for a formal write like this. (Our family has a similar story.) Congratulations on completing the 100 Word Challenge Week #8.
